AYSO 300 REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds must be received in writing or email prior to August 1. Refund amount will be based on the following:
- Any refund request received in writing/email postmarked by July 15 will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Any refund request received in writing/email postmarked between July 16 and August 1 will receive 1/2 refund of the amount paid.
- No refund will be issued for requests postmarked or received after August 1.
- A refund will not be granted if your child attends a practice or a game.
All refund requests must be made in writing or email. If you paid by check and require a check refund, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please email requests to: firstname.lastname@example.org or mail requests to:
